Turning employees into insiders

Virgin Unite is the non-profit foundation set up by Sir Richard Branson’s to help revolutionise
the way businesses and the social sector work together in tackling tough social and environmental problems. Our challenge was
to get Virgin Group employees excited about playing their part
in promoting Unite. And we did that by inviting selected individuals to become "insiders", engaging their interest and involvement through a phased campaign
of communications and attractive branded items.
