Sometimes, puzzling over a brief really pays off...

Tackling this brief for the seventh successive year, we might well have been left scratching our heads, unable to see the right solution.
But luckily, inspiration struck and
it suddenly came to us: why not base the campaign for the 2013 Festival around an interactive puzzle theme? Dredging our memories for the most enjoyable childhood brain teasers, we created a veritable plethora of fun ways
to communicate with local book-lovers, from join-the-dots press
ads to wet afternoon activity book-style event brochures.
